Mignonette was established in 1980 by Mary Aston and is now owned by her niece Jane Aston. With the experience of dressing brides for over 40 years, Mignonette is still today the no.1 choice for brides in Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire. 

Born in South Africa, Jane moved to the UK after graduating with honours in fashion design to follow her passion for bridalwear. She started her career working in her Aunts shop before leading Caroline Castigliano’s alterations and fitting department, where she oversaw and perfected the couture fit for bespoke gowns, before applying her wealth of knowledge on how to flatter any brides figure to Mignonette.
